How To Request Your Arrest Records
What You Will Need:
- The Arresting Agency
- The Time And Date Of Arrest
- A professional Email template
Step One: What City Or Town Did You Get Arrested In?
Step Two : Requesting Records
Since the most common arresting agency is Colorado Springs Police Department you can CLICK THIS LINK and it will bring you to the page below.
Once you are at this page click the blue button that says “Submit a request”……..
You will need to create an account. This is how you will get your records, through the portal.
Once you have created your account, you can login
Once you are logged in your going to want to click on Police records and then you will click on the New Request at the top, like pictured below.
Fill out all the information and you will get an email when they are ready for you to pay a one time fee, I believe it is around $7 to $10.
Some times if it has been like a month and I still have not got my record request I will send them an email which you can use my basic email template and I always get a reply back with in 7 to 10 business days.
Some departments do not have a portal to request records so you have to email the records department. If you want to use my email you can download it here
